Careers For Programmers
As a people-focused Clinical Research Organization, we believe that you are more than just the experience on your CV or the introduction you make in a cover letter. We understand that your goals, strengths, weaknesses and passions within this industry can vary and evolve. This is why we approach the hiring process a bit differently.
As a Programmer, we want to help you find the role suited to YOU, not just your CV.
Finding your Programmer type
We sat down with our Programmers to discuss their skills, day-to-day work, and even the personality traits suitable to their role. In doing so, we found 5 broad groups of Programmers at Veramed, or what we call ‘Programmer Types’. Each type differs in its daily tasks, responsibilities, interests and career opportunities and we hope this gives you, the candidate, a better idea of where you’d like to focus as a Programmer at Veramed.
However, we’re not here to pigeonhole Programmers into just 5 ‘types’. Instead, we want to provide a transparent and honest way for you to see how you might want to work and progress as a Programmer at Veramed. Have an open, transparent conversation with the team and find a role that is suited to your personality, goals and strengths. It may be that your experience and skills are shared among multiple Programmer types, and that’s fine with us. We’re here to have an open conversation about being a Programmer and help find the role suited to YOU, not just your CV.
