Our Ukraine Graduate Training Programme (GTP) is well under way. Six highly skilled, ambitious graduates are working hard as they establish themselves as the new wave of programming talent at Veramed and across the Ukraine region. Guided by our local Site Head, Daniil Shliakhov, this year’s cohort of grads have been incredibly adaptive in their approach to learning. For obvious reasons, our entire Ukraine team have faced major challenges this year, not only in terms of their training and day-to-day work, but also their everyday lives. However, they have shown incredible resilience and determination, which makes sharing an update from our Ukraine team that much more exciting and heartwarming.

Now in their 6th week, and with only 6 weeks left before becoming fully fledged Programmers, we decided to sit down with each of our Ukraine grads to ask questions about their role, what they’re excited for and why they joined our Graduate Training Programme.
